A-Z Reading Challenge: Update 2

We ALL have those books that we have been meaning to read or maybe that have been sitting on our shelves for weeks, months and maybe even years! Which makes the following reading challenge something to consider for yourself!

This is an updated list of my current reading challenge, to find out what this challenge is about please look HERE.

As you can see I kind of skipped a few letters, but I did at least accomplish 3 out of 26 books since starting this challenge. Not only that, I have also read ARCs, too.

A –

Autumn Bones by Jacqueline Carey | Goodreads | Amazon

An adult urban supernatural mystery series, this is the second in the series. Overall it’s an “OK” series.

C –

Caraval by Stephanie Garber | Goodreads | Amazon | Review

A young adult fantasy novel that is full of illusion and magic, bending what is real and what isn’t.. I was somewhat disappointed, but it was still a fun read.

H –

Hidden Huntress by Danielle L. Jensen | Goodreads | Amazon | Review

This actually went toward another challenge of mine – reading sequels. This takes place after the first novel Stolen Songbird, which, in my opinion, disappointed on a few levels, still the concept was quite interesting.

I –

If You Were Here by Jennie Yabroff | Goodreads | Amazon | Review

A YA dark fiction contemporary that takes place in a private school. It highlights peer pressure, bullying and adds in some mystery when a horrific tragedy occurs. I read this quickly and it really made my heart ache!

And there you have my progress thus far! I’m in the process of moving and so my library has been taken down and my books are packed in boxes… I think in the mean time I will have no choice but to hit up some of my digital books!

Are you partaking in this challenge? How many have you read? Comment below.
