I am what some may consider an avid fan of anything pertaining to Alice in Wonderland. I mean, my border collie’s call name is Alice and her registered name is “Brittemar’s A Mad Tea Party,” suffice to say when I saw the cover to this book [Splintered,] the odd cover drew me in, but it was the opening line that struck me as wonderfully odd! I had to buy it and while there are some YA moments that have me rolling my eyes – it was Morpheus who I loved.
